Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repair work on technical systems and facilities. Ensure the operational functionality and safety of building technology including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Monitor and control building technology via building management systems. Coordinate and supervise external service providers while verifying completed work. Report and document malfunctions and technical defects, initiating appropriate corrective measures. Requires a technical training in building technology, driver's license, and MS Office proficiency.
