Job Summary
Operate and manage building technical systems, including support for inspections, maintenance, and upkeep of technical installations and fire protection equipment. Provide technical and general caretaker services while steering and controlling subcontractors. Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians to ensure optimal property management and value preservation. Requires completed trade apprenticeship as electrician with multi-year experience, MS-switchboard authorization, and secure PC/Tablet usage. Required Qualifications
