Haustechniker (m/w/d) für modernes Seniorenzentrum

Oversee, maintain, and repair all technical systems inside and outside the new senior center facility, including resident rooms and outdoor landscaping. Monitor compliance with technical, legal, and safety regulations while managing vendor contracts, overseeing third-party execution, and procuring necessary quotes. Maintain on-call readiness for emergency support. Requires a completed vocational training in a trade such as electrical or plumbing, Class B driver's license, and experience working with elderly residents. Full-time position starting September with 30 vacation days and employer-provided supplementary insurance.
