Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs on ventilation, gas, compressed air, sanitary, electrical, building management, climate, and heating systems at the Freiberg site. Coordinate maintenance tasks with technical leadership and supervise external vendor work as needed. Execute repair and maintenance activities across the entire location while documenting all work performed. Ensure continuous supply of necessary technical materials such as gases and consumables. Actively participate in investment projects involving necessary changes, new installations, and renovation works. Hold a Class B driver's license and possess knowledge in sanitary, climate, gas, ventilation, electrical, and heating technologies.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung im Bereich Instandhaltung, Haustechnik oder Vergleichbares
- Kenntnisse in Sanitär-, Klima-, Gas-, Lüftungs-, Elektro- und Heizungstechnik
- sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Organisationsgeschick
- Selbstständigkeit
- Führerschein der Klasse B
