Job Summary
Conduct building measures, renovations, and sanitary work during the winter half-year, including tile installation and system preparation for the upcoming season. Perform ongoing maintenance, repairs, and landscape care throughout the summer half-year while serving as the on-site technical contact for guests and the camp manager. Execute quality checks on sanitary cleaning and resolve minor operational disruptions to ensure smooth camp daily operations. Requires a Class B driver's license and a trade qualification such as Anlagenmechaniker SHK or Fliesenleger.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Fliesenleger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Wohnsitz direkt auf Fehmarn oder in unmittelbarer Nähe
