Job Summary
Manage electrical systems, ventilation, climate, commercial refrigeration, and sanitary installations while ensuring building safety and fire protection compliance. Perform general handwork tasks and coordinate maintenance and repair operations, including sourcing vendor quotes and negotiating with market leadership. Administer official inspection reports and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Requires an electrical or installation apprenticeship, preferably with fire safety certification and a forklift license, plus strong German skills. Full-time 38.5 hours starting immediately.
