Hausmeister / Technischer Betreuer (Berlin-basiert) (m/w/d)

Conduct daily facility inspections for cleanliness, order, and operational safety across multiple Mmaah locations in Berlin. Perform minor repairs on lighting, fixtures, and locks while coordinating external contractors for larger maintenance tasks. Manage technical equipment including ventilation, HVAC, kitchen machinery, and electrical installations through regular visual checks and upkeep. Ensure compliance with fire safety protocols by verifying exits, evacuation routes, and extinguishers. Handle furniture transport, equipment assembly for new openings, and organize winter services for outdoor areas. Document all work performed and report damage or maintenance needs to leadership.
