Job Summary
Conduct daily building inspections to identify defects and ensure property quality, while performing repairs and maintaining technical systems like heating, plumbing, and electricity. Document issues, resolve minor disturbances independently, or escalate complex problems to specialists. Oversee external service providers including cleaning, winter maintenance, and landscaping to ensure compliance with safety standards. Act as the primary contact for tenants regarding technical concerns and manage on-call coverage during vacations or illness. Maintain a clean, secure environment across residential and commercial units in Berlin.
Required Qualifications
- handwerkliche Ausbildung, z. B. im Bereich Elektro, Heizung, Sanitär, Klimatechnik, Mechanik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Haus- und Gebäudetechnik
- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Erfahrung in der Objektbetreuung, idealerweise als Hausmeister, Haustechniker oder Objektbetreuer von Immobilien
- Grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Smartphone und Tablet
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Kontaktfreudigkeit
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und professioneller Umgang mit Mieter:innen, Dienstleistern und Kollegen
- Führerschein Klasse B
