Job Summary
Manage on-site as the primary contact for tenants by receiving maintenance reports and initiating necessary repairs. Perform smaller building maintenance and upkeep tasks, while overseeing winter services, cleaning, and technical plant monitoring. Coordinate external trades for larger projects, manage handover of rental units, and read utility meters for heating, water, and electricity. Maintain outdoor areas and enforce building regulations. Requires a completed trade apprenticeship, Class B driver's license, and strong German skills. Full-time position with a company phone and service vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung oder technisches und handwerkliches Verständnis
- Das Vorhandensein eines Führerschein Klasse B
- Eine eigenständige Arbeitsorganisation
- Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie souveränes Auftreten im Kontakt mit Mietern
- Hohe Serviceorientierung

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
