Job Summary
Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on buildings and grounds; perform cleaning and care tasks in interior and exterior areas; accompany external tradespeople during work at the facility. Lead regular site patrols to identify hazards and document issues, while handling additional duties such as winter services as needed. Maintain a safe, orderly environment for residents and staff through reliable, independent work. Requires a completed trade apprenticeship, excellent German skills, and proof of measles vaccination plus a clean criminal record.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Elektrik, Heizung, Sanitär etc.)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Einen Nachweis über den Masernimpfschutz gemäß Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG)
- Ein erweitertes Führungszeugnis ohne Eintrag
