Conduct general maintenance tasks including assembling furniture, fixing small repairs, and clearing minor clogs. Perform sanitation duties such as collecting toner cartridges, disposing of waste, and cleaning outdoor areas. Maintain equipment like dispenser systems and handle light landscaping by trimming hedges to keep walkways clear. Transport furniture and plants across the site and perform minor moves up to three workstations. Manage waste disposal for furniture and electronics while ensuring quality standards in outdoor spaces. Requires two years of experience, German language proficiency, and manual dexterity.
