Conduct minor repairs, assemble furniture and whiteboards, and manage waste collection for office areas. Clear small clogs, replace toilet seats, and maintain dispenser systems. Perform general maintenance, collect toner cartridges, and handle light landscaping by trimming hedges around walkways. Transport furniture and plants within the facility and assist with small moves up to three workstations. Ensure outdoor area cleanliness and verify quality standards.
