Job Summary
Conduct smaller repair and maintenance tasks, perform maintenance and inspection of technical systems, and carry out plumbing and installation work within building care. Control and care for the building and outdoor areas, ensuring order and cleanliness in managed properties. Support general technical tasks around the property. Requires Class B driver's license, basic manual skills, and plumbing experience. Full-time role with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Handwerkliche Grundkenntnisse: Leichte handwerkliche Fähigkeiten und technisches Verständnis
- Sanitärerfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrung im Sanitärbereich
