Job Summary
Conduct small repair measures, building maintenance, and oversee exterior grounds and parking lot cleanliness. Manage procurement, disposal, and deliveries while coordinating and controlling external contractors for renovation projects and technical equipment inspections. Report identified defects to the executive assistant and maintain the company vehicle fleet according to regulations. Requires a completed trade or electrical apprenticeship, three years of relevant experience, a driver's license, and German language proficiency. Full-time or part-time position in Düsseldorf with a performance-based compensation package and unlimited contract.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung
- mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
- Handwerkliche Fähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse von haustechnischen Anlagen
- Besitz eines Führerscheins
- Identifizierung mit Aufgaben und vorausschauendes, verantwortungsbewusstes und vertrauenswürdiges Handeln
- Selbständiges, lösungsorientiertes und engagiertes Handeln
