Hausmeister / Haustechniker

Conduct small repairs and maintenance tasks, monitor building and technical systems, and oversee outdoor grounds and landscaping. Perform winter service duties, cleaning, and order maintenance, while supporting event setup and teardown operations. Execute regular inspection rounds and manage minor transport and errand runs. Work 20–30 hours weekly in a young, motivated team at a hotel hosting events and catering. Requires Class B driver's license, technical aptitude, and a friendly, service-oriented approach.
