Job Summary
Manage on-site as the primary contact for tenants by receiving malfunction reports and initiating necessary repairs. Perform minor maintenance and upkeep tasks within the building, while overseeing winter services, general cleaning, and technical plant inspections. Monitor building regulations, read utility meters for heating, water, and electricity, and coordinate external trades for larger projects. Maintain and inspect outdoor areas and gray spaces. Ensure smooth handover of rental units and manage all maintenance requests efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung oder technisches und handwerkliches Verständnis
- Das Vorhandensein eines Führerschein Klasse B
- Eine eigenständige Arbeitsorganisation
- Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie souveränes Auftreten im Kontakt mit Mietern
- Hohe Serviceorientierung
- Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
