Haus- und Versorgungstechniker (m/w/d)

Oversee central plant systems including compressed air, water treatment, and ventilation, performing small maintenance and ensuring separation agent supply. Act as technical deputy for housekeeping and supply technology, storing materials like corrosion inhibitors and hydraulic oil according to safety regulations. Manage on-site third-party maintenance teams with safety briefings and handle repairs for smoke extraction, fire doors, sanitary facilities, and loading ramps. Maintain order and cleanliness at waste collection stations while coordinating weekly workdays. Requires vocational training in heating or installation, a forklift license, and B2 German proficiency.
