Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to Gravity Haus standards. Perform detailed cleaning tasks (dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing linens and amenities) and ensure room readiness. Keep hallways and service spaces clean, report maintenance issues promptly, follow safety procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment, restock carts daily, and maintain organized supply closets. Demonstrate friendly, professional service to guests and members; adapt to weekends/holiday shifts; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a hospitality environment. Gravity Haus offers benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years housekeeping or related experience
- Ability to follow cleaning standards and procedures and understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
