Job Summary
Greet guests, prepare coffee and espresso drinks, and serve beer and wine while assisting with check-in, check-out, and general needs. Take orders for quick, casual food items, process transactions using POS systems, and maintain a clean, organized café area. Support opening and closing procedures, monitor inventory levels, and respond to guest requests to ensure a smooth, positive stay. This hybrid role splits time between the café and guest support areas. Candidates must complete state-approved training like ServSafe within 60 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service roles
- Barista or café experience
- Experience with POS systems and/or guest service tools
- Friendly, outgoing, and naturally hospitable
- Comfortable multitasking and switching between responsibilities
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
- Must complete state-approved training, such as ServSafe and/or Responsible Alcohol training, within 60 days of hire
