Job Summary
Safely operate large haul trucks to transport ore and waste between loading areas, dumps, stockpiles, and crushers while following site procedures, traffic management plans, and safety systems. Conduct pre-start checks, identify hazards, and actively promote the "Keep Each Other Safe" safety culture by working closely with dispatch, shovel operators, and maintenance teams. Adhere to radio protocols, haul road rules, and fatigue-management requirements during a rotating 12-hour day/night roster in varying weather conditions. Valid US Driver's License required; prior heavy equipment experience valued but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided.
