Job Summary
Haul Truck Driver position with a starting wage of $26.50 per hour, with potential increases based on experience. Responsibilities include performing daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment, operating machinery safely, maintaining MSHA training, and adhering to all safety protocols. Employees will work in outdoor conditions year-round, assist with various jobs as assigned, and must comply with all company policies. Required Qualifications
- Capable of performing daily pre-trip and post trip inspection on equipment
- Performing basic maintenance on equipment including greasing, checking and filling fluids, fueling equipment, cleaning equipment
- Obtaining and maintaining MSHA training for working in mine/open pit environment
- Demonstrate basic controls and safe operation of equipment
- Perform work site inspections before and after work completion
- Work safely with team members and alone, recognizing and reporting hazards
- Assist with other jobs and work details as assigned
- Follow all company policies and procedures including safety policies
- Capable of operating equipment in winter weather conditions
- Willing to work different shifts as needed
