Job Summary
Responsible for proper setting of tables, serving food and beverages to guests, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties include greeting guests, inputting orders into the resort POS, adhering to liquor laws, making wine recommendations, stocking supplies, performing side duties (coffee, linens, silverware, glassware), presenting checks, handling guest concerns, maintaining a clean dining area, and supporting service staff as needed. Requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and work a shift determined by the Restaurant Manager; indoor/outdoor dining with variable weather. Minimum qualifications include TB test clearance, basic literacy, 18+ eligibility to serve alcohol, and completion of responsible alcohol service training within 30 days of hire.

- Read and write to perform job duties
- Must be pleasant, friendly and smiling
- Must be at least 18 years of age to serve and sell alcoholic beverage
- Must be trained in “responsible alcohol service” within 30 days of hire.
