Job Summary
Hatchery Production Associate responsible for receiving, setting, and transferring approximately 991,440 eggs per week, maintaining hatchery environmental conditions, operating tray wash and separator machines, and safely transporting ~250,000 chicks daily. Work involves thorough cleaning and sanitation of the hatchery, ensuring maximum hatchability with minimal damage, and following standard operating procedures while supporting team objectives. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; base wage is $16.49/hour with potential premiums, shift differentials, overtime, and annual bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, and various insurance options. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, work on wet/dry/slippery floors, and operate in a high-humidity environment.
