Hatchery Process Lead

Hatchery Process Lead at Perdue Foods leading hatchery operations: monitor egg setters/hatchers for proper temperature and humidity; conduct machine checks every three hours; troubleshoot equipment malfunctions; coordinate receipt and verification of effluent shipments; arrange flock movement in the effluent room; maintain sanitation including weekly disinfection; prepare hatchery for daily processing; coordinate and perform salmonella intervention and hatchery disinfection; operate wash equipment and manage weekly tasks; minimum experience of 1 year in hatchery processing with basic mechanical/electrical knowledge; physical ability to handle lifting and maneuvering in a wet, dusty environment. Emphasis on leadership, training, and ensuring high-quality chick production within a Monday–Friday schedule.
