Hatch Crew General Labor

Conduct hatch pull, count day-old poults, and handle live turkeys and eggs while maintaining consistent cleanliness and animal welfare standards. Execute all directives per company policies and laws, including stacking boxes, washing workspaces, and rotating departments based on operational needs. Work in a production setting with frequent bending, standing, and walking, capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently. Schedule includes approximately 10–13 hour shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; Wednesday half-days; and Saturday on-call availability. Compensation is $18.29 hourly with a benefits package including 401k match, medical/dental/vision insurance, and PTO.
