Job Summary
Drive strategic growth for the combine and forager business by serving as a harvesting equipment sales specialist across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Take full commercial responsibility for achieving sales targets, supporting dealer teams in executing sales plans, and expanding opportunities with key accounts. Provide expert guidance on product and marketing initiatives, manage company assets, and assist with sales training and new product launches. Gather market intelligence, review sales materials for brand alignment, and act as a product ambassador throughout the sales process. This field-based role requires a full driving licence and involves travel to dealers and customers, with the expectation that the candidate resides within the territory.

- Strong technical understanding of agricultural operations, machinery maintenance, and equipment performance.
- Practical experience within the agricultural, farming, or agricultural machinery sectors would be advantageous.
