Harvest Therapy **Physical Therapist Assistant **

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) needed to provide resident-focused therapy under the Physical Therapist’s direction. Responsibilities include delivering PT services per standards of practice, documenting and billing in accordance with procedures, assisting in evaluation and development of treatment plans, coordinating schedules with the PT and team, selecting and adapting therapy techniques/media, monitoring patient response, educating residents and families, coordinating rehabilitation and discharge planning, supervising Rehab Aides and students, participating in quality assurance, maintaining HIPAA/confidentiality, and ensuring a safe clinical environment with adherence to infection control and OSHA standards. Requires an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy and current PTA licensure; travel not required beyond facility operations. All duties align with company policies and established care plans.
