Job Summary
Harvest Technician supports post-cultivation operations in the cultivation department, responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. Candidate should be self-motivated and precise, able to harvest cannabis plants with expert care, follow all SOPs and safety/compliance requirements, and perform tasks such as sanitizing flower rooms, reloading spaces, weighing and recording post-harvest materials, drying harvested cannabis, and maintaining equipment. Must comply with safety, GMP, and quality requirements and perform accurate record keeping under supervision. Ability to work in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment and lift up to 50 pounds (100 with assistance) is required. No prior cannabis experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must possess valid state ID
- Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements in order to work in cannabis industry (requires background check and state review)
- Prior cannabis experience not required
