Job Summary
Harvest Technician responsible for performing cannabis plant harvesting, drying and curing with secondary cultivation support. Reports to Harvest Lead and works on-site at Riverbank facility. Responsibilities include moving finished plants from flowering to dry rooms, separating waste from plant material, processing to categorize material by grade, Hang/use drying room procedures, maintaining accurate records, and performing other processing duties as assigned. Qualifications emphasize a High School Diploma or GED, ability to work both independently and in a team, mathematical proficiency for inventory and measurements, strong attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and a minimum age of 21. Physical duties include repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds; environment involves indoor facility with variable temperatures and potential work on weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
