Job Summary
Coordinate harvest operations by assisting the Manager with daily supervision, ensuring consistent delivery of high fish quality, adherence to welfare standards, and compliance with health and safety requirements. Support the team while maintaining operational efficiency across our farms in Twizel, processing plant in Timaru, and smokehouse in Christchurch. Requires five years of aquaculture harvesting experience, a full NZ driver's license, and physical fitness for lifting up to 25 kgs. Required Qualifications
- The right to work in NZ
- At least five years' experience in aquaculture, including harvesting
- A full NZ driver's license (class 1)
- Physical fitness (lifting up to 25 kgs is a part of the job)
Desired Qualifications
- Aquaculture qualification is a bonus but not essential
- F endorsement and Class 4 are a bonus but not essential
