Job Summary
Harvest Room Labor positions on 1st shift at the Broken Bow, OK Tyson Foods facility. Two-part responsibilities include performing Live Hang labor tasks across openings, with emphasis on teamwork and safety culture. Roles require standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing/pulling, and repetitive motion in a dusty, cold, damp to hot and humid environment. Lifting up to 75+ lbs may be required. Selection considers seniority; overtime and weekend availability are required. The role is full-time with an incentive program (additional $3.00 per hour attainment) and a comprehensive benefits package.
