Required Qualifications
- College degree in engineering
- More than four (4) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs
Desired Qualifications
- Extension knowledge of refrigeration systems and rendering processes
- Experience with AS400, M3, AutoCAD, Carlisle, Bradley Allen systems
