Job Summary

Develop and release harness design solutions within a 3D NX CAD environment, adhere to and improve internal design standards and requirements. Produce electrical schematics to support flight and qualification designs. Conduct mechanical and electrical tests of harnessing for thermal, loads, vibration and shock to ensure flight qualification. Triage non-conforming interconnect products and drive resolution and preventative actions. Support development tooling and low-rate manufacturing of electrical and optical harnessing products. Must be able to work all required shift hours, lift 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks as described. Employer-provided compensation includes hourly pay across multiple levels ($34-$51/hour) with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 3+ years in professional wire harnessing experience or similar environment, or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field
