Job Summary
Supervise assigned Advanced Practice Providers and physicians as the on-site clinical leader, conducting at least one ride-along per quarter and providing complex patient visits. Lead high-risk huddles to document care plans, perform monthly chart audits, and review quality metrics and clinician productivity to drive HEDIS performance. Collaborate with community health workers, nurse navigators, and market staff to resolve patient complaints and assist with EMR efficiency. Manage team dynamics through performance reviews and discipline actions, while signing orders and death certificates as regulated. Partner with the Regional Medical Director to identify care improvement opportunities and implement countermeasures for off-track providers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
- Active CPR Certification
- Active Medical License
