Job Summary
Lead Marketing Specialist role in hospice care focused on generating patient referrals by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, and community groups; responsible for delivering presentations, developing a comprehensive marketing plan, monitoring budgeted resources, and driving growth through strategic market assessments and strong communications/branding aligned with Harmony Hospice culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Preferably at least three years’ experience in health care marketing, preferably in hospice care operations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to increase business targets, obtain contacts, and maintain relationships in the communities
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community
- Organized approach to territory management and work with limited supervision
- Good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills
- Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
