Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, diagnosing malfunctions and executing repairs in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Communicate with the Parts department to obtain necessary components and update the service manager and service advisor regarding timeline changes and completion dates. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while utilizing the shop's newest technology and equipment. This role offers a flat rate of $19.00-$29.00 plus productivity bumps, with an average technician proficiency nearing 100%.
