Job Summary
Assist customers with Harley-Davidson parts and accessory purchases; provide excellent customer service and accurate product information; support service technicians with parts for repair orders; maintain organized parts displays and accurate inventory records; participate in promotional events and dealership activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, and accessories highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred
