Job Summary
Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both guest and dealer-owned motorcycles while adhering to allotted time schedules and quality standards. Assist the Service Writer with writing work orders, communicating with guests, test rides, and managing delays to ensure guest satisfaction. Notify management of additional work needs or completion delays immediately so guests can be contacted. Ensure proper paperwork filing and maintain a clean work environment by assisting in shop cleanliness. This role requires a valid US government-issued driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement, the ability to move 800lb motorcycles onto lifts, and personal tool ownership. Company-paid training is provided for new candidates to achieve manufacturer certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid US government issued Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement
- Safe driving record
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to move 800lb motorcycles onto service lifts
- Own set of tools
- Pass a pre-employment background screening
- Pass a drug test
