Job Summary
Greet each customer with a smile, actively assist while they are shopping, and work the register to ring up sales and complete transactions. Collect payments by cash and credit card, issue receipts and refunds, and maintain a solid knowledge of product inventory to assist customers with their selections. Participate in HD product promotion events and initiatives to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, knowledge of cash register operation, and familiarity with Harley-Davidson motorcycle products.
