Harlan Functional Proteins Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Assist in various areas of production workflow including dumping/grinding/processing; packaging/finishing; maintain fundamental food safety and quality practices to achieve objectives and support HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and SQF documentation. Operate forklifts and/or non-motorized pallet jacks as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; perform basic maintenance and cleanup per company safety guidelines. Read gauges and record data; perform basic math calculations; follow written/verbal instructions; communicate effectively with personnel. Must be at least 18 years old and able to move throughout production areas, with physical requirements including frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs as specified. Knowledge of equipment setup/tear-down, safety procedures, and documentation practices is required.
