Required Qualifications

• •Must be able to analyze the sales and inventory process and improve it

• •Must maintain a good working relationship with other employees
• •Must maintain open conversation with the Sales Team, Plant Supervisor, Production Manager, and Marketing
• •Must be able to discipline those who work under you in a fair manner
• •Must be able to keep issues with employees private
• •Must be able to keep pay rate private
• •You must provide three references with phone number
• •Must have the ability to read prints
• •Must be able to work unsupervised
• •Must be able to complete work in a timely fashion
• •Must be able to aggressively seek out and sell to cabinet shops
• •Must be able to create and share a list of all cabinet shops in a 200-mile radius
• •Must be able to call, email, or visit potential customers when not on the phone, emailing, or conversing with a customer
