Job Summary
Join our team as a Hardwood Flooring Installer, where you'll accurately install various types of hardwood flooring, prepare installation sites, and ensure quality results through meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include measuring and cutting hardwood, applying finishes, and communicating with clients to meet their flooring needs. Applicants should have a proven background in flooring installation, a solid understanding of different flooring types, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hardwood Flooring Installer or in a similar role, preferably in city buildings, high rises, homes, and businesses.
- Knowledge of different types of hardwood flooring and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy materials.
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certification in carpentry or flooring installation is a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Installers will be required to possess errors and omissions insurance no less than $1 million dollars.
- Installers will maintain insurance coverage that extends to its employees or any third parties in compliance with standard industry practice of no less than $100,000 bodily injury and $1,000,000 property damage.
