Hardware Validation Subproject Manager

Job Summary
Coordinate validation projects for automotive control units, managing environmental, EMC, and electric testing from acquisition through final reporting. Lead the validation sub-project team, defining scope with virtualization and risk management experts while driving investigation of findings. Handle scheduling, documentation, cost tracking, and capacity planning alongside test system and laboratory preparation coordination. Represent validation within the development project team and maintain contact with stakeholders across domains and customers. Requires B.Sc. or M.Sc. in management or engineering with proficiency in MS Office and AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or M.Sc. management or engineering
- Outstanding organizational-coordination skills, active driving of topics & task follow-up
- Open communication
- Responsible conduct, agility and teamwork
- Willingness to learn, openness to new technologies, technical solutions, disciplines
- Proficiency in English language (German is advantage) both written and spoken
- General, user level knowledge about MS Office & AI tools
