Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end design, RFQ, and production release for Automated Test Equipment hardware including sockets, load boards, and probe cards. Serve as the primary vendor contact for technical, commercial, and operational aspects while managing spending budgets and maintaining inventory tracking systems. Execute gross margin improvement initiatives and interface with cross-functional teams to forecast ATE hardware needs supporting NPI timelines. Perform basic technical evaluations, debugging, and data collection to drive hardware optimization. Interpret schematics and PCB layouts to validate design requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in semiconductor ATE hardware (sockets/boards/change kit/probe cards) management
- Experience in Hardware buy-off, and release to production
- Schematic Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams
- PCB Layout Interpretation: Ability to navigate and review printed circuit board layouts
Desired Qualifications
- Hardware Design Experience (Sockets/Kits/Boards)
- Knowledge in design SW like CAD
