Hardware Test Engineer

Job Summary
Design and execute comprehensive hardware test plans and test cases for new product introductions and existing hardware platforms; develop and maintain automated test setups using industry-standard frameworks and tools; analyze and debug hardware issues in collaboration with design and development teams; ensure testing aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements; interpret hardware schematics and datasheets to facilitate thorough testing methodologies; conduct environmental testing including temperature and humidity assessments; perform EMC tests as needed; operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers; maintain detailed test records and reports for product validation and compliance; work on high-performance photonics/semiconductor solutions with a focus on reliability and quality.” ,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in hardware testing within optical, semiconductor, or related technology sectors
- Strong analytical, organizational, and collaborative communication skills
