Job Summary
Test Engineer for a hardware-in-the-loop lab at Wright Patterson AFB: set up and calibrate test equipment, execute daily tests, document progress, develop and execute test plans, lead integration of new instrumentation, collaborate with vendors to develop ICDs, manage large volumes of test data, and debug laboratory test infrastructure. Requires BS in Computer Engineering, 5+ years in testing/integration incl. C/C++, Matlab, TCP/IP sockets, and a DoD Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience with at least 1 year in testing & integration
- Programming experience in C and C++
- Proficiency with Matlab
- Understanding of Ethernet TCP/IP and sockets
- Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary teams
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance
