Job Summary
Install and set up computer systems, including software installation and network cabling. Diagnose, repair, or replace computer/equipment problems and parts. Maintain assigned inventory and keep daily logs of activities, mileage, and expenses incurred while working in the field. This role requires overnight travel up to 90% and knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and Windows/Linux operating systems. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong customer service abilities. A+ certification is desired but not required.
