Job Summary
Senior Associate in Hardware Supply Chain Management leading end-to-end supply planning for technology hardware, coordinating with Procurement and Suppliers, managing inventory health, OTIF metrics, and S&OP; drives cross-functional projects, builds business cases, ensures SOX controls, and partners with Finance on inventory valuation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field; Master’s/MBA a plus.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with inventory management tools/modules, such as SAP (MM/IM, PP, APO/IBP), NetSuite Inventory, Oracle Fusion SCM/Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Supply Chain), or similar.
- Experience with analytics/BI tools (advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Power BI/Tableau; SQL is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office, Access, and SharePoint Development, etc.
- Experience with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence).
- Certifications preferred: APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP/Prince2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Track record delivering measurable improvements in service, inventory, cost, and controls/compliance.
