Hardware Reliability Engineer

Lead investigations into root causes of repetitive damage and failure rates, developing and executing corrective and preventive actions. Own end-to-end product quality and reliability by monitoring system performance, measuring state-awareness, and managing metrics to ensure program execution. Drive infrastructure improvements through capacity planning, demand forecasting, and identifying performance bottlenecks. Manage life cycle asset management processes for components and equipment across all facilities, while assisting in nonconforming material disposition. Partner with product teams, supervisors, and customer counterparts on shared goals, site retrofits, and contract requirements. Develop standards, procedures, and RAM assessments to align with evolving business needs. Promote continuous improvement in employee engagement through IMPACT survey utilization.
