Hardware Reliability Engineer

Lead investigation of root cause for repetitive damage and failure rates, developing and executing root cause failure analysis and corrective and preventive actions. Own budget development, financial variance analysis, and operations analysis while managing performance metrics to ensure programs are adequately executed. Partner with support teams on new initiatives, site retrofits, and capacity planning to identify performance bottlenecks and devise tuning improvements. Assist in the disposition of nonconforming material, develop standards and procedures, and lead the development of a life cycle asset management process for components at all facilities. Interface with partners and customer counterparts per contract requirements, promote continuous improvement in employee engagement, and drive improvements in infrastructure and system reliability.
